Our silencer adapter for Sig Sauer Cross is specifically designed for the rifle of the same name. In fact, this rifle has an original 5/8×24 TPI thread at the end of the barrel. Unfortunately, this thread ends in an inclined plane, which prevents the accessories from resting concentrically.

No doubt Sig Sauer is trying to impose the use of its own muzzle brakes and silencers on the gun owner. But we want to offer our customers more options. We therefore offer to convert this particular 5/8×24 TPI profile into a conventional 5/8×24 TPI profile, or even something else.

You can then free yourself from the Sig Sauer catalog, and opt for the suppressor or flash hider of your choice!

Features of the silencer adapter for Sig Sauer Cross

The thread on the rifle side is always the same. That strange 5/8 UNEF with a beveled base. But on the accessory side, we can offer you M16x1, M18x1, traditional 5/8×24 TPI… It’s up to you to select what you want from the drop-down menu on the right of the image.

The adapter features a hexagon to enable it to be tightened in place with a 3/4″ wrench. Its internal channel is drilled at 9 mm to allow the passage of both .308 Win and 6.5 Creedmoor projectiles.

(The overall length is 56 mm (2.205″). But we must point out that the adapter covers 23 mm (0.905″) of the rifle’s original thread. Our silencer adapter for Sig Sauer Cross will therefore lengthen the barrel by 33 mm (1.3″). An important point for those wishing to use it in compliance with restrictive legislation on overall lengths (such as French legislation).
