The present general conditions of sale have for object to govern the contractual relations between SAS CN Factory, whose address is: 5 rue des roches 89210 Venizy – France and the customer defined as the user of the site


These general conditions of sale are systematically brought to the knowledge of each purchaser to allow him to place an order. Therefore, the fact for a user to place his order on the website worth full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.


All products offered on the site are not subject to the French regulations on weapons.

The products proposed are conform to the actual French legislation. The responsibility of SAS CN Factory could not be committed in case of non respect of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the buyer to check with the local authorities for the possibilities of importing or using the products he intends to order.


On the website:, the contractual information is presented in English and will be subject to a confirmation containing the same information when the order is validated. The information entered by the purchaser during his order commits him: in case of error in the wording of the addressee’s details, the seller or the transport provider cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which he would find to deliver the product (or products).


The prices of our products are indicated by default in euros all taxes included (French VAT : 20%), the shipping costs are not included and will be invoiced at the time of the validation of the cart.

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros or US dollars.

The price of the product in US dollars is calculated each hour according to the currency exchange rate.

SAS CN Factory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the recording of the orders. The shipping costs vary depending on the product (or products) ordered), their weight, their volume, the carrier and the place of delivery. At the time of placing your order, the exact price will be indicated.

The products remain the property of SAS CN Factory until the integral payment of the price.


Our product offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. A stock error remains possible, in case of unavailability of a product after placing its order, the buyer will be informed by e-mail or by phone in the shortest time. The customer will then be offered to either cancel, exchange or wait for a new manufacture.


By clicking on the “order” button at the end of the sales tunnel, the purchaser accepts all of these general terms and conditions of sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by SAS CN Factory constitute the proof of the whole of the transactions concluded between SAS CN Factory and its customer. The data recorded by PayPal and stripe constitute proof of financial transactions.


SAS CN Factory makes its deliveries in the whole world.

The products are delivered by the chosen carrier to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser when ordering. Our preparation deadlines (verification of the information entered by the customer + preparation of the order + support of the parcel by the carrier) are usually 24h to which is added the delivery time indicated at the time of the placing of order.

In case of incomplete address, bad address, refusal of the parcel by the addressee or lack of information leading to an impossibility to deliver the product to the addressee in time, SAS CN Factory could not be held responsible for the final quality of this delivery.

If this lack of information involves a second expedition to the addressee, SAS CN Factory will be entitled to ask the customer the expenses corresponding to this second delivery.

In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent to the buyer.

In case of damaged parcels during the transport, please contact the carrier, who is responsible for your order during its delivery: in fact, when delivered, the customer must ensure that the products have not been damaged or are missing . If the customer finds an apparent anomaly, he has the choice to accept or refuse the package.
In both cases, it must indicate the said apparent anomalies on the delivery order of the carrier and within three working days by registered letter AR to the carrier, and to send the copy to SAS CN Factory. If the products have been accepted, and an anomaly is found, the customer will be able to contact our services in order to plan a return of the product according to article 10 – faculty of withdrawal.

Copies of the annotated delivery note, the letter addressed to the carrier and/or the anomaly statement must be attached with the returned product. If the products are refused, the customer must ask the carrier to return the goods to the seller. The copies of the annotated delivery order, the letter addressed to the carrier and/or the statement of anomaly must be sent in parallel to SAS CN Factory by registered letter AR.

ARTICLE 7.1 delayed delivery: what to do?

You have placed an order paid by credit card, delivered by letter and the announced delivery date is exceeded by more than eight working days.
We invite you to contact our customer service by email in the contact us section.
You may be asked to send you a new product (depending on availability) or to refund you for the price of the product or products contained in the parcel not delivered. 
If you subsequently receive the original package, we ask you to send it back to us within seven calendar days, using the return form and the prepaid voucher that were sent to you by e-mail on the day we informed you of your refund or the issuance of the credit note or the sending of your new package.

If you do not comply with this deadline, or decide to keep the extra parcel, we will be obliged to debit your bank account for the amount of the extra product(s). In fact, this product(s) will be considered as a new purchase.


ARTICLE 8.1 General information:

Legal warranty:
Independently of any commercial guarantee which can be granted to the Internet user, SAS CN Factory remains held of the defects of conformity of the sold good in accordance with the articles L211-4 to L211-3 of the French code of the consumption, partly reproduced below.

SAS CN Factory also remains held of the legal guarantee of the hidden defects under the conditions fixed in the articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil code, as well as in the article 2232 of the same code, partly reproduced below.

“Legal guarantee of conformity” (extract from the consumer code)
Art. L. 211-4. “The seller is obliged to deliver a good in accordance with the contract and complies with the defects of conformity existing at the time of issue. It also responds to defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been put to its charge by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.

Art. 211-5 “in order to comply with the contract, the good shall:
1. be conform to the usual expected use of a similar goods and, where applicable:

  • Correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities which he presented to the purchaser in the form of sample or model.
  • To present the qualities that a purchaser can legitimately expect in relation to public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labelling.

2. present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be specific to any special use sought by the purchaser, brought to the knowledge of the seller and which he has accepted.

“Guarantee of latent defects” (excerpt from the Civil Code)
Art. 1641 “The seller shall be liable for the hidden defects of the sold thing which renders it unfit for the intended use, or which so diminish the use that the purchaser would not have acquired it, or would have given a lesser price, if he had known them “.
Art. 1648-paragraph 1. The action resulting from the latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.

However, this warranty will not apply in the event of a problem caused by negligence, deterioration or improper use of the product by the customer. Indeed, SAS CN Factory draws the attention of the customer on the defects or dysfunctions being able to be only the consequence of a bad installation or handling of the material.

ARTICLE 8.2 procedures for the exercise of guarantees:

If the product proves to be defective during the legal warranty period or not in accordance with the order, the customer must make a service request.

To make this request for on, the customer must go to “contact us” and specify the difficulties or malfunctions encountered on the product(s) concerned. This process will allow him to obtain a return number.
The assumption of the shipping costs will be carried out under the conditions stipulated by the law, whatever the solution chosen. The costs and risks related to the return of the defective product are borne by the customer until proof that the product(s) can benefit from the legal guarantee.

After receipt of the product(s) if it can benefit from the legal guarantee they will be exchanged or remanufactured (please note that a time of remanufacturing may be necessary).
In case of abnormal or abusive return or if the customer did not take note and apply the instructions provided by e-mail(s) by one of our technicians, this return will be considered as a non-conforming return and treated as such. Likewise, all products returned without a return number will be systematically treated as non-conforming return. Please note that the customer is free to choose the method of shipping his product and to subscribe or not insurance in case of loss, theft or destruction of his package. does not support any of these fees and cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the customer’s package. Finally, the customer is responsible for the method of packaging his product, which must be carried out in such a way that the product can travel without risk of breakage or degradation.


The payment of the purchases is carried out: either by bank card (Visa, Eurocard, Master Card, CB) via Stripe. Transactions made on the website are secured by the Stripe payment system. When the customer enters his or her bank details, it is directly linked to the payment agencies server. SAS CN Factory does not know the number of the bank card of its customer and this one is not stored on its server. In addition, all information that is exchanged with payment agencies is encrypted using the SSL protocol and cannot be intercepted or modified.

Failure to pay:
The company SAS CN Factory reserves the right to refuse to carry out a delivery or to honor an order emanating from a customer who would not have regulated completely or partially a preceding order or with which a litigation of payment would be in the course of administration.

Anti-fraud checks:
The company SAS CN Factory controls all the orders which were validated on its site. These controls are intended to protect the seller from abusive practices by fraudsters. For an order that presents different information such as a delivery address different from the billing address, our services may have to contact the two persons mentioned; the person attached to the billing address and the one indicated for the delivery address. As part of these procedures, our services may be asked to ask you all the parts necessary to unblock your order: proof of domicile and debit in your name, but also proof of domicile of the person indicated for delivery address etc. These requests are made by e-mail, or by registered letter. The information provided within the purchase order is processed. The purpose of this treatment is to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to fight against fraud.


In application of the consumer code, the customer has a period of 15 days after the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller, for exchange or refund, with the exception of the costs of return. The costs of return will then be to the buyer’s charge.
The returns are to be made to SAS CN Factory, whose address is: 5 rue des roches 89210 Venizy – France.

SAS CN Factory makes a commitment to exchange to the customer the products not corresponding to its order (or not in conformity). In this case the purchaser must make state of it in a detailed way on the purchase order and send back the products to SAS CN Factory which will proceed to the exchange or to their refunding.

These refunds will be carried out, by our care, within 15 days after the reception of the products in return, in the absence of reception of your product or of a proof of expedition of your product within this period, SAS CN Factory reserves the right to postpone your refund until the day of the reception of your product.
The return of all products or services ordered will result in a refund equal to all the sums paid by the purchaser during his purchase, i.e. the purchase prices of the ordered products and the initial delivery costs.

In case of return of all your order, we will refund the initial delivery charges; except for any additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery mode proposed by us, in accordance with the legislation.

The partial return of the products ordered will result in the refund of the returned product (or products). The initial delivery fee will be refunded in proportion to the returned item (or items) based on the weight.

When returning,it is imperative to over-Pack the original packaging of your products. The original packagings are not intended as a protection. The returned product must be perfectly wedged, no product or legitimate accessory of the product should move. If a product is badly packaged and has been shocked with another we will not be responsible for the damage.
If we receive a parcel emitting a suspicious noise of unwedged or damaged goods by the carrier, the parcel will be refused.

During a withdrawal, we only accept the products returned in their entirety, with their original packaging, whose condition is new. As a result, items returned incomplete, manifestly used or damaged will be refused.

The so-called “normal” use of the product is defined by the Hamon act as identical to that which could have been performed in a physical store during a presentation with a seller.
Refund or exchange assumes that you have not damaged the product, or that you have not returned it incomplete.
In defect, SAS CN Factory will be entitled to apply a discount on the returned product or reserves the right to return you the product in the state after having warned you, the expenses of return will be chargeable to the buyer.

This contract is subject to French law. The original language of this contract is the French language. The language of this contract on is the English language. In the event of a dispute, only the following French courts shall be competent:

  • Commercial Court of Auxerre for business dispute between companies.
  • Auxerre High Court for commercial disputes with individuals. 


SAS CN Factory makes a commitment not to reveal to thirds the information that its customer communicates to him, those are considered as confidential, they are used by the internal services only for the treatment of its order. According to the law and liberty of January 6, 1978, the client has a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning him.
For that, it is enough for him to make the request directly by simple postal mail by indicating his name, first name and address to : SAS CN Factory, whose address is: 5 rue des roches 89210 Venizy – France.


SAS CN Factory declines its responsibility concerning all the technical interventions in connection with the parts of the mechanisms or the kinematics of the weapons which are carried out by the customer. These interventions are the sole responsibility of the people (shooters, hunters, sportsmen or weapons enthusiasts) who realize them.

SAS CN Factory also declines its whole responsibility on the possible material consequences touching the weapons and related accessories as well as on all the repercussions which could result from it at the level of possible physical damage.

The customer also recognizes to have taken either to order articles which correspond to its final use, and that the characteristics of the ordered products are in conformity with their use (gauge, threading?). The customer is obliged to check before use that the delivered product is in conformity. If the product seems not to be in conformity it is strongly recommended to contact us.
