The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to govern the contractual relationship between SASU CN Factory, with a capital of €105,000, whose registered office is located at 2 B rue des Roches, La Chauffonnerie, 89210 Venizy — France, and the customer, defined as the user of the website www.adaptateur-silencieux.fr
ARTICLE 1-ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These general conditions of sale are systematically brought to the knowledge of each purchaser to allow him to place an order. Therefore, the fact for a user to place his order on the website www.suppressor-thread-adapter.com worth full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 2-REGULATION
All products offered on the site www.suppressor-thread-adapter.com are not subject to the French regulations on weapons.
The products offered comply with current French law. SASU CN Factory shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the laws of the country to which the products are delivered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the importation or use of the products they intend to order.
ARTICLE 3-ORDERING
On the website: www.suppressor-thread-adapter.com, the contractual information is presented in English and will be subject to a confirmation containing the same information when the order is validated. The information entered by the purchaser during his order commits him: in case of error in the wording of the addressee’s details, the seller or the transport provider cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which he would find to deliver the product (or products).
ARTICLE 4-PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated by default in euros all taxes included (French VAT : 20%), the shipping costs are not included and will be invoiced at the time of the validation of the cart.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros or US dollars.
The price of the product in US dollars is calculated each hour according to the currency exchange rate.
SASU CN Factory reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs vary depending on the product(s) ordered, their weight, their volume, the carrier, and the delivery location. The exact price will be displayed when you place your order.
The products remain the property of SASU CN Factory until full payment has been received.
ARTICLE 5-AVAILABILITY
Our product offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. A stock error remains possible, in case of unavailability of a product after placing its order, the buyer will be informed by e-mail or by phone in the shortest time. The customer will then be offered to either cancel, exchange or wait for a new manufacture.
ARTICLE 6-VALIDATION
By clicking the “Order” button at the end of the checkout process, the buyer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. The data recorded by SASU CN Factory constitutes proof of all transactions concluded between SASU CN Factory and its customer. The data recorded by our payment service providers (Stripe, PayPlug) constitutes proof of the financial transactions.
ARTICLE 7-DELIVERY/RETURN
SASU CN Factory ships its products worldwide.
The products are delivered by the chosen carrier to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser when ordering. Our preparation deadlines (verification of the information entered by the customer + preparation of the order + support of the parcel by the carrier) are usually 24h to which is added the delivery time indicated at the time of the placing of order.
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of the package by the recipient, or a lack of information that makes it impossible to deliver the product to the recipient on time, SASU CN Factory cannot be held responsible for the final quality of the delivery.
If this lack of information results in a second shipment to the recipient, SASU CN Factory will be entitled to charge the customer for the costs associated with this second delivery.
In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent to the buyer.
If a package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier, which is responsible for your order while it is in transit: Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the products have not been damaged and that nothing is missing. If the customer notices any apparent issues, they have the option to accept or refuse the package.
In either case, the customer must note these apparent issues on the carrier’s delivery slip and, within three business days, notify the carrier via certified mail with return receipt requested, sending a copy to SASU CN Factory. If the products have been accepted and an issue is later discovered, the customer may contact our customer service team to arrange for a return of the product in accordance with Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal.
Copies of the annotated delivery slip, the letter sent to the carrier, and/or the incident report must be included with the returned product(s). If the products are refused, the customer must ask the carrier to return the products to the seller. Copies of the annotated delivery slip, the letter addressed to the carrier, and/or the defect report must be sent simultaneously to SASU CN Factory by certified mail with return receipt requested.
ARTICLE 7.1 delayed delivery: what to do?
You placed an order paid for by credit card, to be delivered via tracked mail, and the delivery date has passed by more than eight business days.

We may offer to send you a replacement product (subject to availability) or issue a refund for the price of the product(s) contained in the undelivered package.
If you subsequently receive the original package, we ask you to send it back to us within seven calendar days, using the return form and the prepaid voucher that were sent to you by e-mail on the day we informed you of your refund or the issuance of the credit note or the sending of your new package.
If you do not comply with this deadline, or decide to keep the extra parcel, we will be obliged to debit your bank account for the amount of the extra product(s). In fact, this product(s) will be considered as a new purchase.
ARTICLE 8-WARRANTIES/AFTER SALES SERVICE
ARTICLE 8.1 General Information:
All products supplied by SASU CN Factory are covered by the statutory warranties provided for by law, regardless of any commercial warranties.
Statutory Warranty of Conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code). The consumer has two years from the date of delivery of the goods to take action. During this period, the consumer need only establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date it first appeared: the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. The consumer may choose between repair and replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided by law. The statutory warranty of conformity applies at no cost to the consumer (including return shipping costs).
Warranty Against Hidden Defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). The consumer may decide to invoke the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold; in such a case, the consumer may choose between rescission of the sale or a price reduction (Art. 1644 of the Civil Code). The action must be brought within two years of the discovery of the defect (Art. 1648 of the Civil Code).
These warranties do not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, negligence, improper installation, or misuse of the product by the customer.
ARTICLE 8.2 procedures for the exercise of guarantees:
If the product proves to be defective during the legal warranty period or not in accordance with the order, the customer must make a service request.
To submit this after-sales service request on www.adaptateur-silencieux.fr, the customer must go to “Contact Us” and describe the issues or malfunctions encountered with the product(s) in question. This process will allow the customer to obtain a return number.
Shipping costs will be covered in accordance with the terms provided by law, regardless of the solution the customer chooses. When the product is covered by the statutory warranty, return shipping costs are covered by SASU CN Factory.
After receipt of the product(s) if it can benefit from the legal guarantee they will be exchanged or remanufactured (please note that a time of remanufacturing may be necessary).
In case of abnormal or abusive return or if the customer did not take note and apply the instructions provided by e-mail(s) by one of our technicians, this return will be considered as a non-conforming return and treated as such. Likewise, all products returned without a return number will be systematically treated as non-conforming return. Please note that the customer is free to choose the method of shipping his product and to subscribe or not insurance in case of loss, theft or destruction of his package. www.suppressor-thread-adapter.com does not support any of these fees and cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the customer’s package. Finally, the customer is responsible for the method of packaging his product, which must be carried out in such a way that the product can travel without risk of breakage or degradation.
ARTICLE 9-PAYMENT
Payment for purchases is made:
- by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) through our payment service providers Stripe and PayPlug;
- by bank transfer (only from a euro-denominated account within Europe);
- by check (only from France).
Card payments are secured by our service providers, Stripe and PayPlug. When a customer enters their payment information, they are connected directly to the payment processor’s server: SASU CN Factory does not have access to its customers’ credit card numbers, which are not stored on its server. The information exchanged with payment processors is encrypted (using the SSL/TLS protocol) and cannot be intercepted or altered.
Non-payment:
SASU CN Factory reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or fulfill an order from a customer who has not paid for a previous order in full or in part, or with whom a payment dispute is currently pending.
Anti-Fraud Checks:
SASU CN Factory reviews all orders that have been confirmed on its website. These checks are designed to protect the seller from fraudulent practices. For an order that contains inconsistent information—such as a shipping address that differs from the billing address—our team may need to contact both individuals listed: the person associated with the billing address and the person listed for the shipping address. As part of these procedures, our team may need to request any documents necessary to release your order: proof of residence and proof of payment in your name, as well as proof of residence in the name of the person listed for the shipping address, etc. These requests are made via email or by mail with return receipt requested. The information provided on the order form is subject to processing. The purpose of this processing is to assess the nature of a transaction and to combat fraud.
ARTICLE 10-FACULTY OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN
Right of Withdrawal. In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify SASU CN Factory of their decision before the deadline expires, by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, using the standard form below), addressed to SASU CN Factory, 14 rue des Roches, La Tuilerie, 89210 Venizy, France, or via the “Contact Us” page on the website.
Exclusions (Art. L221-28). The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or significantly personalized, that is, custom-made products (with threading, dimensions, or specifications made to order). These products cannot be returned or exchanged under the right of withdrawal. Standard products held in stock remain subject to the right of withdrawal.
Cost and condition of the product. The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs. The customer may handle the product as they would have in a store; the customer is liable only for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item (Art. L221-23). A discount may then be applied.
Refund. SASU CN Factory will refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after being notified of the decision to cancel the order. The refund may be delayed until the item is received or until the customer provides proof of shipment. The additional cost of a shipping method that is more expensive than the standard option offered will not be refunded. In the case of a partial return, only the returned products will be refunded.

ARTICLE 12-INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations, and images reproduced on the website www.adaptateur-silencieux.fr are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private purposes (subject to any different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code) is permitted. Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under intellectual property law unless prior authorization is obtained from SASU CN Factory.
ARTICLE 13-LIABILITY
The photographs and descriptions illustrating the products—which are based, in particular, on 3D modeling—are for illustrative purposes only: the finished product may differ slightly, without prejudice to the statutory warranty of conformity (see Article 8).
Production lead times (custom-made products). Products manufactured on demand are subject to an estimated production lead time, which is communicated to the customer. In the event of an incident affecting production equipment (breakdown, damage, or downtime of a machine; unavailability of a component; etc.), SASU CN Factory will notify the customer as soon as possible and offer, at the customer’s discretion, a new delivery date or cancellation of the order with a full refund of all amounts paid. SASU CN Factory’s liability for such a delay is limited, at most, to a refund of the order in question.
Force majeure. SASU CN Factory shall not be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract in the event of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code (including natural disasters, fire, floods, total or partial strikes by postal or transportation services, or a general failure of power or communication networks).
To the extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to statutory warranties and the seller’s liability toward the consumer, SASU CN Factory shall not be liable for any consequential damages.

ARTICLE 14-APPLICABLE LAW-DISPUTES
This contract is governed by French law. The language of the contract is French.
Out-of-court settlement. In the event of a dispute, the customer is asked to first contact SASU CN Factory’s customer service department to seek an amicable resolution.
Consumer Mediation. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, after submitting a written complaint to customer service that has not received a satisfactory response, the consumer may seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent mediator is: CM2C – Center for Consumer Mediation by Judicial Conciliators, headquartered at 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – website: www.cm2c.net. The customer may file a complaint with the mediator online via this website.
Jurisdiction.
- For disputes between businesses: the Commercial Court of Auxerre has exclusive jurisdiction.
- For disputes with a consumer: the competent courts are determined by the applicable legal provisions. In particular, the consumer may, at his or her discretion, bring the matter before the court of the place where he or she was residing at the time the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (Art. R631-3 of the Consumer Code, Art. 46 of the Code of Civil Procedure).
ARTICLE 15 – PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected by SASU CN Factory is processed for the purposes of order management, customer relations, billing, and, where applicable, fraud prevention. This data is restricted to SASU CN Factory’s internal departments and its subcontractors (payment, shipping) for these purposes; it is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes, and is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and comply with applicable legal obligations.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, the customer has the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and transfer personal data concerning him or her, as well as the right to provide instructions regarding the handling of such data after his or her death. They also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

ARTICLE 16-RECOMMENDATIONS
SASU CN Factory disclaims all liability for any technical work related to the mechanical parts or the kinematics of firearms that is performed by the customer. Such work is the sole responsibility of the individuals (shooters, hunters, athletes, or firearms enthusiasts) who perform it.
SASU CN Factory also disclaims all liability for any potential physical consequences related to the weapons and related accessories, as well as for any resulting personal injury.
The customer also recognizes to have taken either to order articles which correspond to its final use, and that the characteristics of the ordered products are in conformity with their use (gauge, threading?). The customer is obliged to check before use that the delivered product is in conformity. If the product seems not to be in conformity it is strongly recommended to contact us.
