Our shipping times
For each product online, we inform you of the stock status on the product page (in stock / out of stock).
When a product is out of stock, you can’t place your order. This prevents us from receiving orders that we cannot meet or without manufacturing delay.
When it comes to products in stock, you can place your order, in the quantities allowed by the website. Shipping is done within 48 business hours.
Our delivery times
Delivery time depends on the carrier :
- Registered mail :
- Delivery time in France: 48 hours, but can be extended for up to 7/8 days.
- Delivery time in Europe: between 3 and 15 days depending on the distance of your country from France
- Delivery time for the rest of the world: between 15 and 30 days depending on the distance of your country from France
- Shipping by express carrier (we use Chronopost, DHL, FedEx) :
- Delivery time in France: 24 hours,in some regions it can be extend for up to 48 hours
- Delivery time in Europe: between 2 and 5 days depending on the distance of your country from France
When will I get my order?
To get an approximate estimate of your waiting time, simply add up shipping time and delivery time. Thus you will consider how long it will take to receive your order.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are related to the weight of your order. To facilitate their pre-order evaluation, we provide you with a shipping charges simulator in the cart.
This allows you to check which carriers are available for your destination, and their respective costs.
