A silent adapter to use the suppressor you want
Solving compatibility issues about muzzle devices is our primary mission. Thus we offer many custom parts, including our silencer adapter M16x1 to 5/8×24 TPI.
Because the M16x1 is an exotic thread. Thus it is mostly found on European hunting rifles, like Tikka or Sako. On the other hand, most of the suppressors and muzzle brakes available are in 5/8×24 TPI. Our thread adapter therefore bridges the gap between these two standards, to open the field of possibilities.
How does the silencer adapter M16x1 to 5/8×24 TPI works?
Our silencer adapter M16x1 to 5/8×24 TPI has two ends. The back one is a female thread that screws at the end of your barrel, here in M16x1. The front one is a male thread that can receive the suppressor of your choice, here in 5/8×24 TPI.
We make this adapter with an oblique knurling on its external diameter. So you can screw it and unscrew it without a tool. However, if you don’t have any accessories in M16x1, you can also secure it on the gun with a drop of thread lock. This will prevent untimely loosening.
It is important to never stack up multiple adapters. So if the combination offered here does not suit your need, do not hesitate to set up a custom silencer adapter for rifle. The price will remain the same, this page is simply intended to directly offer one of the most requested conversions.
Features of this custom part for rifles
This firearm accessory is made out of XC38 steel. We manufacture it in France on CNC machines to give it perfect concentricity. Quality control is very strict. The adapter is then blued to provide flawless protection against corrosion. We are thus able to offer a high-end product, that we are very proud of.
The adapter’s internal diameter is 9 mm (.35″). You can therefore use it on all rifles of that caliber or lower (.308 Winchester, .30-06 SPRG, .243 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor…). Magnum ammunitions are also welcome, without any weakness to fear. On the other hand beware, this is an adapter for long guns exclusively. If you want to convert the M16x1 thread of a handgun, contact us, we will develop a more compact model.
